History
Founded in July 2015 by Anton, our journey began with a vision to utilise technology for the greater good. Before establishing Alitsy, our founder Anton managed billions of dollars by leveraging computer technologies to create value. Motivated by the desire to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, Anton embarked on a mission to build something impactful. In the early years, while working full-time as a General Manager for The Green Guys Group, Anton was involved in all elements of the business, from sales and stock management to accounting and general business strategy. This comprehensive exposure to all facets of running a business led to the realisation of codifying knowledge into a system—one that is not just software but provides clients access to a repository of industry expertise purpose-built for success. Implementing the Alitsy platform at The Green Guys Group and then partnering with companies like Northmore Gordon and Shine On enabled us to leap to the next milestone of securing other large certificate creators and installation partners, leading to the growth of our team both onshore and offshore.

Our mission is to be an end-to-end platform that integrates seamlessly into the ecosystem of our customers. We want to empower customers to collaborate efficiently with other partners for certificate creation, financing, stock acquisition and carbon offsets. Beyond just being a software provider, we are your partners, committed to helping you achieve efficiency, scalability, and value for your investment. Leveraging our expertise, we offer a personal touch and support unmatched by other applications. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do so we are committed to delivering the highest quality and exceeding our clients' expectations.
Team
Our team boasts a diverse array of skill sets, each member bringing unique talents to the table: great for our clients who can access this combined set of expertise as part of their subscription to Alitsy. Our customer-facing team members, in particular, come from the energy efficiency industry, enhancing our company with their extensive experience and expertise. We have an onshore team based across Sydney and Melbourne, and offshore team members in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Anton Loukine

Founder

Anton has over a decade of energy-efficiency industry experience in Australia as well as background in managing a $4 billion portfolio of global investment funds using sophisticated computer algorithms and his proprietary portfolio management system. While working full-time as a General Manager and Chief Technology Officer for The Green Guys Group, Anton was involved in all elements of the business: sales, finances, stock management and general business strategy. His deep knowledge of software development and energy-efficiency industry led to the creation of Alitsy.

Head of Client Experience

With a solid background in QHSE compliance and technology management, Katie excels in leading our client experience team with her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. With nearly a decade of experience in the energy efficiency industry as a QHSE Manager and Business Operations Manager, Katie is dedicated to continual improvement. Her focus spans internal and customer processes, system enhancements and translating technical requirements between clients and developers, striving for a seamless client experience.

Project Manager

Sanket Kotak

Senior Developer

Sanket is the Senior Developer at Alitsy, specialising in managing and developing a CRM for energy sector finance. He also looks after integrations between Alitsy and Hubspot, and strengthening technology frameworks and infrastructure. Sanket has spent the last eight years working mostly on Microsoft Stack along with some cloud computing. He has worked across various sectors and industries including telecommunications, government, retail, sports and energy.
